No. The request is free and non-binding. You take on no obligation and can decline the offer without giving a reason.
It depends on the property type, the scope and the reason for the valuation. That is why we quote only after seeing your case — and once quoted, the price is fixed and does not change afterwards.
No payment upfront. We invoice after the appraisal is delivered. Nothing is charged before then.
Not for the request itself. You describe the property and the occasion; we clarify the rest in conversation. We tell you in advance which documents the appraisal needs — building authority records are not among them.
Usually not for a short-form appraisal. If your case does call for one, we agree it with you beforehand — nothing is commissioned without your approval.
After your approval, and once we have the information we need, delivery is usually within 5–7 business days.
An expert certified to DIN EN ISO/IEC 17024, who also signs it. The valuation follows the methods set out in the ImmoWertV.
