How commissioning works — and what you are committing to (and what you are not).

No. The request is free and non-binding, and the case review that follows commits you to nothing either.
Because the effort involved in a market value appraisal depends heavily on the purpose — dividing an estate requires something different from court proceedings. We establish the scope first so the fixed price holds afterwards.
No payment upfront. We invoice after the appraisal is delivered.
The appointment follows your availability. The expert records the condition, fittings and any particular features on site and documents them for the report.
The market value appraisal is prepared under § 194 BauGB and is intended for use with tax offices, authorities and courts. It is signed by a certified expert.
Not for the request. For the appraisal itself, a land register extract, cadastral map, floor plans and — for rented properties — lease agreements are relevant. We tell you in advance what your case needs.
That depends on the scope and the inspection date. After the inspection we give you a firm delivery date.
